Tenacious Tape Repairing A Repair On Marmot Jacket

Some embers from a campfire burned holes in the sleeve of my Marmot Jacket. I used Tenacious Tape to repair the holes. After about 3 or 4 years, the Tenacious Tape has failed and I want to remove the old tape and put a new patch of Tenacious Tape over the holes.

It took me about 15 minutes to pull the old Tenacious Tape off of the Marmot Jacket. Then it took me an additional 15 minutes to remove the adhesive residue from the Tenacious Tape.

I used De-Solv-It to remove the adhesive. De-Solv-It is the very best cleaner for removing adhesive residues, and oil and grease. It is organic.

I then washed the Marmot Jacket to ensure that all of the De-Solv-It was removed. I didn't want the De-Solv-It to keep the new Tenacious Tape patch from fully adhering to the Marmot.
