The Courts across the board made unambiguous declaration that we were in a public health emergency and that the World Health Organization - WHO and the Centers for Disease Control - CDC were the ONLY arbiters of what the facts were. You could NOT argue the facts. If a Medical Doctor attempted to argue the facts, they were taken before the medical board and censored (embarrassed).
