Exley explains that the aluminum migrates from the injection site to the brain tissues, where it can cause severe damage, from autism to death. But he didn't always think that way: "In the past I was asked if I was in favor of removing aluminum from vaccines. Victims asked me to oppose the use of aluminum, but I refused. I thought it was the least toxic substance and it was desirable to use it.
