Gaurdianship/Conservatorship

Billie Jane is a victim of gaurdianship abuse. They took her autonomy away by deeming her mentally retarded. She is not mentally retarded. She has cerebral palsy. She is smart and loving abd the most caring person on this earth. The gaurdian put a 17A on her and she didn't even know it was on her. What they have done is criminal.
