I Inherited a Smoker. Learning the Smoker by Smoking a Boston Butt {Pressed Cubans Afterwards}

As Ken notes in the video, he lost his father around Christmas of 2018. One of the personal items Ken received at his father's passing was a smoker. In this video, Ken tries to learn this smoker by smoking a Boston butt (pork shoulder) using an invasive tree wood called Chinese Tallow Tree (aka Popcorn Tree). Later, he'll make a pressed Cuban sandwich with fried bananas.
