An Allegan County farm is being sued by the state of Michigan

Attorney General Dana Nessel says that river flows into the Kalamazoo River and then Lake Michigan and a nearby watershed tested positive for E. coli at 14-times above the state's water quality standard late last year. J&D Brenner Farms is accused of releasing the wastewater into a ditch that flows to the river.
