Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claims players at Manchester United turned down the captaincy during his time in charge at the club.

Solskjaer spent nearly three years at Old Trafford before he was sacked after a run of poor results in 2021.

Speaking to the 'Stick to Football' podcast, he has claimed that some players did not want to captain the team in certain matches or do pre-match interviews.
