Even if this is completely made up or false memories it's a kind of neat story. It's interesting how these conspiracy theories have some content from the Men In Black movie as far as memory erasure. I've never heard of any capability to erase specific memories, at least not in production / widely used. I'm not going to jump down this guy's throat though, I've had enough happen that I'm not going to 100% discount the possibility of time travel or psychic abilities. There's something there.

Does Daryl know how to use telepathy on a regular basis? I can communicate telepathically and other people can definitely hear it but it does not always work. I have a lot of skills -including being able to change things just by thought, literally seeing the quantum field and talking to animals (especially my own dog)- that I don't know how to use them properly..right now those abilities are more like a stuttering engine.
