Pedophile Joe Biden Said About His Sick Son Hunter Biden Is A Parasitic Monsters Literally and Predatory Sociopath is Feeding Off 9.6 Million Dead Or Children Gone Missing Each Year Around World. My Son Is A Sociopath is an informal term used to describe someone with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD), which is characterized by a lack of empathy, disregard for others, and dishonest behavior. The defining characteristic of a sociopath is a profound lack of conscience, which may be hidden by a charming demeanor. A study conducted in the early 2000s found that 6.2% of the general population would meet the criteria for narcissistic personality disorder and 3.7% would meet the criteria for antisocial personality disorder. There is both art and science to spotting sociopathy.

Secret Service linked to incident involving Hunter Biden’s gun – report

This article is more than 2 years old now. So Gun belonging to president’s son was dumped in a trash can behind a grocery store then found to be missing, Politico reports.

The US Secret Service became involved in a bizarre incident in which a gun belonging to Hunter Biden was dumped in a trash can behind a grocery store then found to be missing, the website Politico reported on Thursday.

Delaware police were concerned the gun, a .38 revolver, could be found and used in a crime, the website said, adding that it was eventually found by a man searching the trash for recycling.

The Secret Service reportedly approached the store where the gun was purchased, seeking to obtain all records of the transaction. The owner reportedly declined.

Hunter Biden is the president’s second son. The incident reportedly happened in late October 2018, when Joe Biden was out of office and not receiving formal Secret Service protection.

Hunter Biden was the target of efforts by supporters of Donald Trump to dig up political dirt on the family, efforts which in part led to Trump’s first impeachment. A rightwing website, the Blaze, reported the gun incident in October last year.

The Secret Service told Politico it had no record of the alleged incident. A spokesperson also said “records confirm that the agency did not provide protection to any member of the Biden family in 2018, and that the Secret Service had no involvement in this alleged incident.”

A White House spokesperson told the website: “President Biden did not have any knowledge of, or involvement in, the Secret Service’s alleged role in this incident, and neither he nor any family member was a protectee at that time.”

Politico also reported that the Secret Service had been involved in informal protection of the former vice-president. The Secret Service did not comment on that claim.

Politico said it had obtained copies of records relating to Hunter Biden’s purchase of the gun on 12 October 2018. It said he answered “no” to a question about unlawful use or addiction to “marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance”.

“Five years earlier,” the website said, “he had been discharged from the US navy reserve after testing positive for cocaine, and he and family members have spoken about his history of drug use.

“Lying on the form is a felony, though prosecutions for it are exceedingly rare.”

The website also reported that the gun was thrown in the trash by Joe Biden’s daughter-in-law Hallie Biden, the widow of the president’s son Beau Biden, a former Delaware attorney general who died of brain cancer in 2015.

Hallie Biden and Hunter Biden were then in a romantic relationship, Politico reported. Hallie Biden reportedly returned to the grocery store to find the gun, but could not.

Citing a Delaware police report, Politico said Hunter Biden told officers he used the gun for target practice. Asked if the gun had been used in a crime, he reportedly “became very agitated” and asked if an officer “was intentionally trying to make him mad”.

Asked if he had been doing drugs or drinking heavily, he reportedly responded: “Listen, it isn’t like that. I think she believes I was gonna kill myself.”

The Politico report offers a taste of what may be to come when Hunter Biden releases a memoir next month.

The book, Beautiful Things, will center on the younger Biden’s well-known struggles with substance abuse, according to Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster which acquired the title in late 2019.

News of the book was kept under wraps as Hunter Biden’s business dealings became a fixation of Trump and others during the election and his finances a matter of investigation by the US justice department.

Publicity plans for the book remain opaque. The Guardian was told Hunter Biden will not be sitting for interviews with print titles.

Politico said neither Hallie Biden nor a lawyer for Hunter Biden responded to requests for comment.

Texts reveal Hunter Biden’s meltdown over discarded gun incident. EXCLUSIVE — Hunter Biden berated his sister-in-law Hallie Biden and accused her of ruining his life after he learned she had thrown his gun in the trash near a Delaware high school in October 2018, newly revealed texts from a copy of his abandoned laptop show.

Hunter lamented that Hallie, the widow of his brother Beau, had given the impression he’s “an abusive pedophile with homicidal tendencies” and said that “that’s now in the hands of the FBI.” He said police and the bureau opened an investigation into him over the incident. The Secret Service also inserted itself into the saga, according to other texts from Hunter, although the agency has denied involvement.

“Beau owned a handgun issued by the state and I[t] was in the front glove compartment of his car. So f*** you … What right do you f***ing have Hallie,” Hunter said in the Oct. 23, 2018, text exchange, just hours after Hallie discarded his gun. “There are 5 guns in dads house. There are f***ing more weapons in your sons room then in an armory.”

“What’s my f*** up. Owning a gun?” Hunter added. “How Hallie is that wrong.”

Hunter told Hallie her actions made it look like he had “threatened you and your family with a gun.”

“I hate what you’ve done to me,” Hunter said. “I won’t ever recover from all of this.”

No charges or arrests were made as a result of the incident.

The lengthy text exchange was located on a copy of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop within a password-protected backup of his iPhone XS. Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos, a cyber forensics expert commissioned by the Washington Examiner, located the password during his examination of the hard drive.

Hallie, who had a tumultuous relationship with Hunter following his brother’s death in 2015, said she found Hunter’s .38-caliber revolver in his unlocked car and threw it in the garbage near Janssen’s Market in Wilmington, Delaware. When she told Hunter, he told her to go retrieve it, but it was already gone. The police were soon called.

Hunter’s father, President Joe Biden, called for a spate of new gun control measures on June 2 following deadly mass shootings at a school in Uvalde, Texas, and a grocery store in Buffalo, New York. Among the laws he called on Congress to pass were measures that would hold people personally liable if they don’t lock their weapons up in a safe.

Hallie said she discarded Hunter’s weapon because she was scared for his life.

“Did you take that from me hallie? Are you insane. Tell me now. This is no game. And you’re being totally irresponsible and unhinged … You really need to help me think right now hallie — this is very very serious.” Hunter texted her just before noon, and she soon told him to call her.

“I can’t believe this, you can blame me all you want, I know it was stupid,” Hallie said about an hour later. “But your part is dangerous and negligent. And because of this and my stupidity for being worried about you, im dealing with insanity and possibly I’m the one going to get in trouble. Check yourself into a local rehab hunter, this has all got to stop.”

Hallie added: “Police coming to talk to me now, I’ll take full blame.”

Hunter messaged her that evening, “The f***ing FBI Hallie. It’s hard to believe anyone is that stupid // so what’s my fault here Hallie that you speak of. Owning a gun that’s in a locked car hidden on another property?”

Hunter said: “Do you want me dead.”

The gun incident, the subsequent police response, and the Secret Service allegedly inserting itself into the saga was reported last year by Politico, and texts between Hunter and his psychiatrist Keith Ablow describing some of it, including the Secret Service’s alleged involvement, were first reported by the New York Post, but details of the lengthy blowup between Hunter and Hallie have not previously been reported.

“It was open unlocked and windows down and the kids search your car,” Hallie told Hunter, adding, “I’m scared you would use it hunt … I’m scared for your life hunt.”

“They think you’re scared I would shoot you,” Hunter texted. “You f***ing a**hole … You now have me as an abusive pedophile with homicidal tendencies. And that’s now in the hands of the FBI.”

Hunter messaged her that night: “The police and fbi still want to talk about whether I’m threatening you … I now threatened you and your family with a gun … You have truly f***ed me over.”

The president’s son purchased the gun 11 days prior to the Oct. 23, 2018, incident.

Joe Biden told donors at a Democratic fundraiser on Friday he owns two shotguns. He also said in 2013 when he was vice president that he owned two shotguns, which he said were a more appropriate weapon for self-defense than an AR-15, recommending his wife Jill “fire two blasts” off their balcony “if there’s ever a problem.”

Hunter told Hallie: “I’m proven unstable when you put a gun in the trash can at Jansens out of FEAR. What fear. Hunter is either insane. Homicidal. Or just a ducking f*** up drug addict.”

The Secret Service attempted to retrieve the gun paperwork from a Wilmington, Delaware, shop in October 2018 after the firearm went missing, Politico reported. According to paperwork, Hunter Biden falsely responded “no” to a question on the transaction record that asked, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

Lying on the form is a felony, although the U.S. Government Accountability Office reported that such prosecutions are rare.

Hallie informed the store she had discarded Hunter’s gun, which prompted store manager Paula Janssen to call the police, according to the police report obtained by Politico.

The report noted the missing gun caused a stir due to the grocery store being near a high school.

Secret Service agents also reportedly asked the owner of the store where Biden bought the gun to hand over the paperwork related to the sale.

Ron Palmieri, the owner of Starquest Shooters & Survival Supply in Delaware, reportedly refused because he was concerned they might hide Biden’s ownership of the gun. The report said he later turned over the papers to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

The Secret Service told the Washington Examiner in 2021 it had “no involvement in this incident.”

President Biden, who was not under Secret Service protection at the time, said through a White House spokesperson last year he had no knowledge of the service’s involvement. His Secret Service protection resumed in March 2020 after it had stopped in 2017.

The gun was reportedly handed in days after the investigation started by a person who regularly digs through the grocery store’s trash to collect recyclable items.

Hunter gave evasive answers during an interview last year as part of a media tour promoting his memoir about drug addiction, Beautiful Things.

When asked if he knew anything about the Secret Service looking for the record of sale for the gun, Hunter said: “No, I had no idea. I don’t know whether the Secret Service were or why they would be — I don’t think that that’s true, to my knowledge.”

That contradicts reported texts by the president’s son from January 2019, which the New York Post first obtained.

“She stole the gun out of my trunk lock box and threw it in a garbage can full to the top at Jansens [sic]. Then told me it was my problem to deal with,” Hunter said. “Then when the police the FBI the secret service [sic] came on the scene she said she took it from me because she was scared I would harm myself due to my drug and alcohol problem and our volatile relationship and that she was afraid for the kids.”

During the book tour interview, Hunter said: “Hallie’s intent was to make certain that I didn’t do anything to hurt myself … Hallie had thrown it into a trash can, and I told her, ‘You can’t do that,’ when I realized that it was gone — and so, she went back, and the police came to help retrieve the gun.”

“The Secret Service did not provide protection to any member of the Biden family in 2018,” Secret Service special agent in charge Benjamin Kramer said in a 2021 letter made public by Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson. “Further, records searches concerning the reported involvement of Secret Service personnel in the alleged incident have yielded no results.”

Hunter Biden’s lawyers, Chris Clark and George Mesires, did not return a request for comment.

Comer and MTG confront DOJ on whether Hunter Biden violated sex trafficking laws MTG and Comer say their requests for information have been ignored by the DOJ House Republicans James Comer and Marjorie Taylor Greene sent a letter Friday to the Department of Justice (DOJ) asking whether it is "upholding the rights of victims" amid accusations Hunter Biden may have exploited prostitutes.

The call for an investigation follows years of scandal around racy photos of Hunter Biden on a laptop that was left at a Delaware computer repair shop. IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler testified in June the president's son flew a list of women across state lines for sex, potentially violating federal laws meant to combat human trafficking.

The House Oversight Committee, chaired by Comer, wrote to the DOJ's Office for Victims of Crime Director Kristina Rose Friday, saying information regarding the investigation should be sent by Sept. 22.

"These women may be victims under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and may also be afforded mandatory restitution pursuant to the Mandatory Victim Restitution Act," the letter stated. "In light of DOJ’s refusal to communicate in a meaningful way with the Committee, we have great skepticism that DOJ has been adequately communicating with crime victims."

Ziegler, who was investigating Hunter Biden for alleged tax violations, said during another hearing July 19 that certain tax write-offs Hunter made appeared to be related to sex workers. A so-called "golf membership" was also discovered to be for a "sex club."

"DOJ’s decision to ignore the Committee’s request runs afoul of its own policies in the Justice Manual," the letter states. "Unfortunately, DOJ’s leadership continues to apply unwritten exceptions to its own rules and policies when the Bidens are involved."

The Mann Act is a federal law that combats human trafficking and the interstate transportation of individuals, including women and minors, for immoral and unlawful purposes, such as prostitution or other illegal sexual activities.

Comer and Greene noted the DOJ "failed to respond to the Committee" after its Aug. 25 letter inquiring into the "DOJ’s handling of victims’ rights" was ignored.

"Considering the seriousness of this obstructive behavior, we request information as to whether anyone advised you not to respond to our inquiry, including any Department employee at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware, DOJ Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA), Main Justice, or the White House," Comer and Greene wrote.

Greene and Comer want the DOJ to respond whether they "notified [victims] of their statutory rights" in the Hunter Biden investigation, as well as the names of people who may have advised it "not to respond to the Committee’s letter" in July.

The House Republicans' letter was sent as special counsel David Weiss prepares to indict Hunter on gun charges.

"The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest," according to court documents filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. "The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date."

Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware, was designated as special counsel by Attorney General Merrick Garland last month. The appointment was made specifically to pursue tax fraud charges against the president's son, extending jurisdiction beyond the Mid-Atlantic state. This decision followed the bombshell July court hearing where the Hunter Biden's probation-only plea deal fell apart.

Hunter was expected to plead guilty in July to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge. Instead, he pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony gun charge.

Hunter Biden Spent $872k on Hookers Who Are Now Missing Or Dead Now ? Porn With Under Age Teens ? and Woman Sex Club And Sex Slave Memberships ?

Hunter Biden spent hundreds of thousands on "constant partying," according to prosecutors in an indictment that hit the president's son with a total of nine tax charges.

The indictment brought in California alleges Biden spent money on prostitution, online pornography and hiring luxury cars among other things including $10,000 on a sex club membership.

It states money was spent on "drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes."

A total of $1.4 million in taxes was allegedly evaded and Biden faces up to 17 years behind bars. He is accused of "willfully" avoiding paying his taxes and faces three felony charges and six misdemeanor charges.

The charges relate to a time between 2016 and 2019, a period during which Biden has acknowledged he was addicted to alcohol and crack cocaine. A total of over $1.6 million was taken from cash machines during this period, the indictment said. Newsweek has contacted representatives of Biden's family for comment via email.

The 53-year-old was able to avoid tax, prosecutors say, by claiming a number of luxuries as simple business deductions. For example, deductions claimed as "legal professional and consulting" contributed to the payment of his daughter's law school tuition, while "travel, transportation and other" was instead used for "house rentals for his then-girlfriend" as well as rent for one of his daughters, per the indictment.

Further "office and miscellaneous" deductions allegedly helped Biden with the "purchase of luxury clothing, payments to escorts and dancers, and payments for his daughter's college advising services."

Listed in the indictment are the following alleged payments:

'Various women' - $683,212
Clothing and accessories - $397,530
Educational purposes - $309,277
Health, beauty, pharmacy - $237,496
Miscellaneous retail purchases - $236,634
Groceries and restaurants - $214,923
Insurance - $203,815
Loan and mortgage payments - 191,873
Adult entertainment - 188,960
Legal and accounting fees - $147,566
Telephone and utilities - $118,440
Rehab - $71,869
Credit card payments - $58,542
Advisors from Wells Fargo - $53,000
Home and childcare - $39,801
Entertainment - $24,445
Sports and recreation - $23,567
The total payments listed in the indictment amount to $4,907,813.
In light of the charges, Biden's attorney Abbe Lowell said his client had paid his tax debts and is sober.

"Based on the facts and the law, if Hunter's last name was anything other than Biden, the charges in Delaware, and now California, would not have been brought," Lowell said, the Los Angeles Times reported. "Now, after five years of investigating with no new evidence—and two years after Hunter paid his taxes in full—the U.S. attorney has piled on nine new charges when he had agreed just months ago to resolve this matter with a pair of misdemeanors."

Lowell was referring to a failed plea deal earlier this year in which Biden was due to agree to firearm and tax violations. It fell through and a new indictment in Delaware under U.S. Attorney David Weiss was filed in which Biden is accused of lying about his drug use in 2018 while purchasing a gun. He has denied the charges.

In the California indictment, prosecutors said Biden was able to earn an income that was "substantial," with most of it coming from Owasco, PC, Biden's company. Further funds were allegedly put through a company Biden owned a 75 percent stake in named Skaneateles.

More of Biden's income was earned from Hong Kong business State Energy HK and a relationship with CEFC China Energy.

In 2014, Burisma Holdings Limited began paying Biden an annual salary starting at $1 million, which was later halved in 2017. In 2015, Biden agreed to aid a Romanian businessperson "contest bribery charges he was facing in his home country" after an oral agreement.

Hunter Biden's tax indictment: Drugs, escorts and girlfriends US President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, is facing a nine-count criminal indictment for alleged tax evasion.

The 56-page charge sheet accuses him of evading $1.4m in taxes from 2016-19 and funding an "extravagant lifestyle".

Much of the recovering crack cocaine addict's alleged illicit activities occurred while his father was US vice-president under Barack Obama.

But the current US president is not accused of wrongdoing, or even mentioned in the latest indictment.

The Yale-educated lawyer faces up to 17 years in prison if convicted. Hunter Biden was separately hit with a federal indictment on gun charges in September.

How Hunter Biden earned millions of dollars
The indictment outlines how Hunter Biden reaped a "substantial income" amounting to more than $7m between 2016-20.

The payments were mostly made to business accounts he had created for his company, Owasco, PC, and were also allegedly funnelled through a company called Skaneateles, in which he owned a 75% stake.

Chinese energy: For two years, beginning in late autumn of 2015, Hunter Biden was in a business relationship with CEFC China Energy, a Chinese energy conglomerate. In 2017, he was promised $1m stemming from a deal with a CEFC associate, State Energy HK, a Hong Kong business. Hunter Biden went on to do business with a Chinese equity fund.

Burisma: The president's son began working for Ukrainian private energy company Burisma Holdings Limited in April 2014, with a starting annual salary of $1m. In March 2017, his salary was reduced to around $500,000 per year. The charging document lists payments of $1,002,016 in 2016, $630,556 in 2017, $491,939 in 2018, and $160,207 in 2019. Hunter Biden had previously told the BBC he was hired to serve on the company's board because Burisma had seen his name "as gold".

Romanian businessperson: In autumn of 2015, Mr Biden "entered into an oral agreement" to help an unnamed "Romanian businessperson… contest bribery charges he was facing in his home country". For his work between November 2015 to May 2017, he and two other business associates split a payment of over $3.1m "roughly" between the three of them.

How Hunter Biden allegedly spent the money
The indictment says the president's son allegedly spent his money on "drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes".

His spending amounted to about $1m in 2016, $1.4m in 2017, $1.8m in 2018, and $600,000 in 2019, according to the charge sheet.

Between 2016-19, he withdrew $1.6m from cash machines alone.

In the same period he spent over $683,000 on "payments - various women", another $188,960 on "adult entertainment", $397,530 on clothing and accessories, and $237,496 on health, beauty and pharmacy, prosecutors say.

They list many of the luxury hotels Hunter Biden stayed in during the years that he chose to not maintain a residence. Most were in Los Angeles, New York City and Washington DC.

He used the hotels "for constant partying", prosecutors say.

Other funds went to hire a Lamborghini, which he used after moving to the West Coast while waiting for his Porsche to be shipped to him.

Payments included $1,500 to an exotic dancer at a strip club, $11,500 for an "escort" who was paid "to spend two nights with him", $27,316 in payments to an online pornography website and $10,000 "to purchase a membership in a sex club".

How he allegedly evaded taxes
In order to avoid higher tax payments, prosecutors say that he claimed multiple personal expenses as business deductions.

Luxury car rentals and hotels were claimed as business "travel, transportation and other", according to the indictment.

He deducted academic tutoring for his daughter as "legal professional and consulting" and claimed payments to escorts and dancers as "office and miscellaneous".

In 2018 he directed a personal aide to "place on payroll and provide healthcare benefits to three women with whom he had romantic or sexual relationships and a fourth woman who was related to one of those women".

An Arkansas woman with whom he had a child was among those he hired.

While in the throes of a crack cocaine addiction, he "claimed extensive business travel in 2018 when he had none".

How prosecutors used his own words against him
Prosecutors say Hunter Biden's memoir, Beautiful Things, explicitly lays out what the indictment alleges - that he did not have numerous business dealings in 2018 and was instead spending his money on months-long drug and alcohol binges.

While working with California accountants in 2018, he claimed expenses, including $388,810 in business-related travel, despite writing in his book that the year was "dominated by crack cocaine use 'twenty-four hours a day, smoking every fifteen minutes, seven days a week'".

Prosecutors say if the accountants had known about the drug use, they would have more closely scrutinised "his claims of hundreds of thousands of dollars in business expenses".

From April 2018, and for the next few months, Hunter Biden surrounded himself with a crew of "thieves, junkies, petty dealers, over-the-hill strippers, con artists, and assorted hangers-on", he wrote in his memoir.

The luxury hotels cited in the indictment correspond with the "very same hotels that the Defendant identified, by name, in his memoir as the locations of his monthslong drug and alcohol binge", court documents say.

Hunter Biden recounts staying "at the Sunset Tower, Sixty Beverly Hills, and the Hollywood Roosevelt" and a list of other California hotels. He describes his entourage "flashing fake Rolexes" and bringing along "their stripper girlfriends".

"They'd drink up the entire minibar, call room service for filet mignon and a bottle of Dom Pérignon," reads part of the defendant's memoir, prosecutors note.

They point out that the "defendant did not write that he conducted any business in any of these luxury hotels nor did he describe any of the individuals who visited him there as doing so for any business purpose".

Shocking photos of Hunter Biden’s drug-ravaged teeth after years as an addict have emerged days after the President’s son released a tell-all memoir. Shocking new photos of Hunter Biden’s drug-ravaged teeth and a raunchy scene with a woman have emerged days after the President’s son released a “tell-all” memoir on his years as an addict.

Hunter, 51, described his years on crack and alcohol and numerous sexual encounters with women in his autobiography Beautiful Things, published this week.

The photos show Biden sitting in a dentist’s chair with his teeth filed down for restoration after years as a crack addict, and Biden grinning with new dental veneers as he pulls on the hair of a scantily clad woman.

The pair appear to be in a hotel room or bedroom and the woman is on all fours with Hunter’s hand on her back and staring directly into the camera.

The images reportedly were taken from his laptop which allegedly has more than 250,000 text messages, emails, photos and videos chronicling his controversial and troubled past.

Biden left the laptop at a computer repair shop in his father’s home state of Delaware and never returned for it.

Another photo appears to show Hunter asleep in a bed with a crack pipe next to him, and another shows him on a bed with two naked women and a small fluffy dog.

In his new memoir, Hunter has spoken candidly about his addiction which happened while his father was Vice President in the Barack Obama administration, between 2009 and 2017.

He told CBS he used crack and alcohol heavily and barely slept after the death of his brother Beau from brain cancer, in 2015.

“I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs, smoking anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine,” he said.

“I went one time for 13 days without sleeping, and smoking crack and drinking vodka exclusively throughout that entire time.”

At one point Vice President Biden slipped his secret service detail to go to Hunter’s house to intervene at the height of his addiction.

However, dailymail.com has reported that the material on Hunter’s laptop reveals an even more debauched life and the conflicting relationship he had with his father.

These include being guarded by a Secret Service agent while on a 2018 drug and prostitute binge in Hollywood.

And text conversations with his father as Joe Biden was preparing to run for Democrat presidential candidate reveal a fraught relationship.

Hunter Biden’s divorce from his first wife Kathleen and affair with his brother’s widow Hallie had played out in the media in the years prior to the 2020 US presidential election.

One text from Hunter to Joe read: “Your team just made me the uncontrollable troubled tax cheat philanderer sex and drug addict that you tried so hard to fix but couldn’t.

“They just totally wrote my life away.”

The Daily Mail reported the laptop’s content, which it had authenticated, contained explicitly videos of himself with prostitutes which he posted on the adult site, Pornhub.

The naked truth on the Hunter Biden laptop coverup We can thank Watergate and the fall of Richard Nixon for numerous words and quotes that continue to shape public understanding of political scandals. There’s “hush money” and “Deep Throat,” a “modified limited hangout” and “Follow the money.”

But half a century later, two other Watergate phrases are key to comprehending the FBI’s sordid role in suppressing The Post’s initial coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The first is, “What did the president know and when did he know it?”

In a 1973 Watergate hearing, the question about the president’s knowledge was asked by Sen. Howard Baker to White House counsel John Dean. Essentially, it was whether Nixon knew about the plan to break in to the Democratic Party’s offices, the so-called “third-rate burglary.”

At first blush, the question would seem to have no relevance to the FBI’s use of Twitter and other social media platforms to censor reports on Biden family corruption. After all, the president in the fall of 2020 was Donald Trump.

But that’s exactly the point and a key element that makes the evolving scandal so distinct. It shows the FBI, the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, secretly working to defeat the sitting president of the United States and elect Joe Biden.

Recall that, under former Director James Comey’s band of dirty cops, the agency had done something similar in 2016: It spied on the Trump campaign and many top FBI leaders actively worked to flip the election to Hillary Clinton.

So, unlike Nixon during Watergate, Trump not only didn’t know about the “dirty tricks,” he was the victim of them. Numerous reports show that enough Biden voters said they would have voted for Trump to change the outcome had they known Biden was “the big guy” slated to get a secret 10% cut of his son’s China payoff.

The second Watergate phrase that commands our attention now is “The coverup is worse than the crime.”

That’s because we are on the cusp of the coverup phase of what the FBI, and perhaps the CIA and others, did to influence the outcome of the 2020 election. Predictable denials of “Nothing to see here” come despite clear proof that agents interfered with the First Amendment rights of the American public, and not just on Twitter.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said agents warned him about “Russian disinformation” before the election. Those warnings came in weekly meetings FBI agents had in San Francisco with the Big Tech firms and some reportedly mentioned Hunter Biden. It remains an open question to what extent free speech was infringed on by government minders across the media landscape.

FBI agents ‘on payroll’
Thanks to Elon Musk’s opening of Twitter’s files, we know the FBI had scores of agents monitoring that site’s users and directing compliant employees to ban certain tweets or restrict their reach. Agents also demanded the names and other personal information Twitter had on those users, so additional surveillance, possibly without court orders, likely followed.

The Post report that at least 12 former agents were on the Twitter payroll, including former FBI general counsel James Baker, depicts a too-cozy relationship that turned Twitter into what one independent journalist calls a “subsidiary” of the bureau.

Other reports say numerous former agents held jobs at other social media firms, suggesting a sinister revolving door that made the firms cat’s-paws for government snooping.

Another event in the 2020 election that is still shrouded involves the infamous letter signed by 51 former intelligence officers saying The Post report “had all the earmarks of Russian disinformation.” Naturally, the odious John Brennan, head of the CIA when Biden was vice president, had a hand in the scam.

It’s certainly no coincidence that the letter, which allowed Biden to accuse Trump at a debate of using false information, reflects the same talking points the FBI had made to Twitter. It specifically urged company officials to beware of Russian disinformation about Hunter Biden, especially “hacked” materials.

One of those warnings apparently came just hours before The Post’s first story on the laptop, and may have involved communication between agents and Hunter Biden’s lawyer.

The FBI attempted to suppress The Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden.
Nor is it a coincidence that, while it was issuing such warnings, the FBI had in its hand for 10 months Hunter’s actual computer that contained all the incriminating information about Joe Biden.

Therefore, one possibility that must be considered is that the FBI knew The Post report was accurate, and set out to make it toxic by specifically warning that anything involving the president’s son would be disinformation and should be suppressed, which is exactly what Twitter and Facebook did.

Of course, there are also major differences between the current scandal and Watergate, some of which suggest the fight for the truth this time will be a harder one, with no guaranteed results.

Topping the list is the hyper-partisanship gripping Washington. Howard Baker was a respected Republican senator from Tennessee when he asked John Dean about the break-in, and Nixon had offered to nominate him to the Supreme Court in 1971.

Yet, despite his closeness to the president, his work on the Watergate hearings was above reproach.

Now try to imagine a single top Senate Democrat today who could play such a key role in investigating the FBI’s effort to help Biden win in 2020. Sadly, the species is extinct.

Similarly, the trusted media that drove the Watergate process to its rightful conclusion no longer exists in Washington. The virtual coverage blackout on Musk’s Twitter Files release is the latest in a long line of evidence that today’s largest newspapers and TV outlets are in the tank for Democrats.

Media complicit
So what if the FBI violated the First Amendment rights of ordinary Americans? So what if the bureau was part of a conspiracy with intelligence officials to label the Biden laptop disinformation when it knew otherwise?

Generations of fair journalists, seeing themselves as patriots first, would have grabbed this huge, complicated story with both hands. Today, the evidence of FBI interference in an election is met with a media shrug because a shared objective was achieved: removing Trump.

Finally, consider this possibility: Because it has had the laptop and who knows what other sources and information, the FBI has known all along that Joe Biden is a corrupt president who is compromised in his dealings with China and America’s other adversaries.

If true, there are two implications. We have in Biden, as John Dean famously said about Nixon, “a cancer on the presidency.”

We also have an FBI that has returned to the ethos of J. Edgar Hoover. He kept his job for nearly five decades by keeping files of dirt on presidents, senators, members of Congress, the media and many prominent private citizens, such as Martin Luther King Jr.

P.S. Because of inevitable damage to our country, I would be happy to be wrong about the rough road ahead. Unfortunately, I fear the worst-case scenario is true. A misused narrative the real two-tiered justice system in U.S.A. today ? There’s been a disquieting narrative circulating in our political sphere. It’s the claim that we live under a two-tiered justice system, but how it is framed isn’t accurate. This talking point, oft-repeated by Republican politicians and pundits, uses the perceived differences between the legal experiences of former President Donald Trump and the son of current President Joe Biden as evidence of this bifurcated justice. However, this perspective fundamentally misconstrues our justice system’s reality.

Make no mistake, Trump and Biden are not emblematic of two different justice systems but rather two facets of the same coin. Both belong to an upper echelon that inherently receives preferential treatment from the justice system, irrespective of their political party. To argue otherwise is a grotesque misrepresentation and, more disturbingly, a distraction from a grave issue that truly divides America’s justice system: economic disparity.

The truth is that America does possess a two-tiered justice system, but it’s not the one often parroted on news networks. It’s a system starkly divided along economic lines. On one side, we have those occupying the lower rungs of the economic ladder who find themselves relentlessly railroaded through a justice system that seems hell-bent on their punishment, regardless of the proportionality of their crimes. Disturbingly, around 80% of all incarcerated persons in the U.S. hail from these low-income communities.

Public defenders, overloaded and underfunded, are all that stand between these individuals and the mighty hammer of justice. Far too often, they are forced into plea deals that offer them little to no benefit, resulting in harsher sentences, wrongful convictions, and years or even decades of their lives lost to the prison system. Moreover, once sentenced, many are incarcerated in facilities hundreds of miles from their home and family.

Meanwhile, on the other side, wealthier Americans navigate the justice system with relative ease, even when accused of heinous crimes, as we saw with Brock Turner’s six-month sentence for rape. High-priced lawyers, connections, and top-tier investigators provide them with a safety net that poorer defendants can only dream of. This disparity has been starkly illuminated in recent cases, such as that of disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, where the affluent enjoyed pre-trial freedom and the comfort of home while preparing their defense. In contrast, those with limited financial resources often languish in jail for days, weeks, months, or even years until their cases are resolved.

In my work with incarcerated women, the devastating effects of this economic disparity are glaring. These individuals have spent decades in prison, striving to grow, learn and transform amidst conditions that often do more to breed recidivism than rehabilitation. Yet, when they seek parole, many are denied, as if their efforts to change count for nothing against the unforgiving calculus of the system. It’s not just their lives on the line but those of their children who wait, year after year, for their return.

Sadly, even when they do get released, they are forever branded as felons, a label that inhibits their ability to reintegrate into society fully. This is not a justice system that encourages redemption or rehabilitation; it is designed to punish those on the lower economic rungs perpetually.

Our society focuses on punitive justice, enforcing the harshest consequences for unlawful behavior. However, only the poorest among us are made to bear the full weight of those consequences, while the affluent and well-connected use money and power to shrug them off.

So, let’s refocus the narrative and dispel the political smokescreens. America does indeed have a two-tiered justice system, but it does not divide Democrats and Republicans; it’s one that unashamedly favors the wealthy and neglects the poor. Only by acknowledging this can we hope to effect meaningful reform and create a justice system that truly serves all Americans equally.
