The "I QUIT SUGAR" Movement is is getting scary. Dr Lustig still fat

These videos warning you about Sugar keep coming. They have titles like "I quit sugar" and "Dangerous effects". And those low-carb keto teachers like Dr. Lustig keep coming back. The extremely high views on these videos tells me something.

This information isn't something people are just now learning, since it's common knowledge that sugar is unhealthy. But it's something people like hearing.
1. They want to believe dietary fat is ok, (not to blame; off the hook)
2. They have a hard time giving up carbs because carb-foods are humans natural foods.

So they need constant motivation. They need for sugar to sound scary. And they want to scare other people.

After years despelling diet myths, I am in POST-debunking mode of the Anti-carb debate. I'm just commenting on the propaganda here. The debate is really over.

Low-carbers are complicating the issue, which is necessary to make their way sound good. Many species naturally eat a low fat diet. It's not that I think carbs are so good. It's that our natural foods are foods that are carb-based. Our entire physiology is for these foods. Our bodies do best on those foods, and that's been clearly shown.

The food that's right for humans ... which happens to be mostly carbs, is Fruit. Fruit ALIGNS with our biology, from our jaws(actually our eyes are the start. We see in color, which carnivores don't.) ...all the way thru the digestive tract, and to our hands, and the slow speed of our legs. Fruit is our first food going back all 2 million years to the TROPICS. How do I know? It couldn't have been any other food group. Basic logic.
