  • MOTIVATIONAL REMINDER: Plan ahead for peace of mind, wills, a list of special instructions, emergency contacts, doctors, medicines, allergies, surgeries, OTC (over the counter, non prescription), supplements, aspirin, vitamins, minerals, location of will, or contact person who has it or knows where it is, also list any impairments, conditions, implants, how to handle fragile items like eyeglasses. In case of long stay at a hospital or other care facility, what will happen to any pets, plants, who will check on your food, toss out anything bad. If you have a vehicle, decide what to do with that. Who will pay your bills, who will notify utilities, anyone you do business with, etc. Doing this NOW will save you and anyone involved in your life, your care, family, friends, employers, whoever needs to know. Emergency plans are like learning self defense, it's good to know, we hope we never need to use, but are glad we know it, did our best to minimize any stress, not only to ourselves, and especially for those we care about. We have enough to worry about if we're injured, others will be worried too, taking these steps now will go a long way toward being able to stay focused on healing, and hopefully getting back to normal, whatever that means for you. As many of us know, stress is a serious cause of health problems and death, it becomes a vicious cycle because health affects stress, stress affects health. Let's Empower ourselves by being as prepared as realistically possible. In any situation, having an idea what to do before bad stuff happens, makes a big difference. The plans we make now can save time, keep us focused, and save our lives. Sincerely, Misty MT_MaGroin, Rockin' Gramma. ❤️👍🏻🦋😃🤙☮️🇺🇸🎵🌸😎😃
