Today I would like to offer you a delicious and extremely simple dessert, apple rings. These adorable rings are made with fresh apple slices, puff pastry and all the fall flavors we love. The family will be delighted with this delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
2 large, not very juicy apples
roll of puff pastry
3-4 tablespoons of fine sugar
cinnamon to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon approx
500 ml of water 1 egg white
