Dogs refuse to pee in garden

Enkei the Pug who is 18 months old and Sanka the French Bulldog who is only 10 months old are definitely not happy with the sudden change in the weather, and their breeds are not built for the snow. As the weatherman promised us, here in Scotland, we have been hit with the Beast from the East storm. Which has brought chilling winds from Russia and heavy snow has hit the majority of the UK, now with a red amber weather warning across Fife and Edinburgh. For Sanka, this is the first time he has ever seen snow and it hasn’t went down well. Enkei however has seen snow and already decided it was not for him. I can imagine there were many dogs waking up this morning, to go for their morning widdle, and refusing to go out. On this occasion, Enkei and Sanka are with them and they were that hell bound on not going too far into the snow and cold, that they decided they would both take turns to pee on the door step, dirty dogs!!!!! I imagine there are also many dogs who thrive in the snow and can’t wait to be out in it and play, but unfortunately, for these small pampered pooches, they couldn’t think of anything worse than going out into the back garden covered in snow and can’t wait to get their little wet feet back in the cosy warm carpet. We are hoping not to have much more snow, or I dread to think what the next steps will be for the dogs to avoid going into the garden to do the toilet! I was quite shocked to see they were that reluctant to go into the back garden that they would actually do the toilet on the door step. Silly boys!
