Billionaire Disney Investor Wants Company to Make Original Movies

Disney investor released the 133 page white paper outlining the problems with the company and the potential path to fix it.

Disney CEO Bob Iger and his board have been facing a lot of pushback from investor Nelson Peltz in the leadup to April’s earnings call. Pletz has been trying to pushout two of Disney’s current board members and replace them with himself and former Disney CFO Jay Rasulo. In his effort Peltz has been appealing directly to the shareholders.
