Loni Vargas, a teacher at Troy High School, is this week's Michigan Lottery Excellence in Education award winner. Her nominator says she's there morning, noon, and night for her students in need of extra help and says she's the best teacher ever and decided she should have something to show for it that's why she is this week's excellence in education award winner.
