This is my first of 3 segments in a 3-part series on enhanced macroautophagy fasting. The last video will be split into 3 parts due to it's length of around 45 minutes. This first video explains my struggles with a non-healing or slow-healing brain injury, which is how I eventually learned about and utilized autophagy fasting. Feel free to hit me up in the comments, or DM me on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.

Water-fasts of any duration are not a sustainable means of fat-loss. They are a potential last-resort for certain scenarios when all else has failed. The end of a water-fast almost always incurs a compensatory binging re-feed, which can lead to fat-gain and potentially the life-threatening refeeding syndrome; they can also cause eating disorders and exacerbate existing eating disorders.
