This includes knowing yourself, setting goals, taking action, surrounding yourself with positive people, taking care of yourself, not being afraid to ask for help, celebrating your successes, giving back to others, being kind to yourself, not comparing yourself to others, living in the present moment, and being grateful for what you have.
