Dramatic video shows migrants in water in the Med

A video shot by crew members of Seabird reconnaissance aircraft operated by German NGO Sea-Watch and released on Monday (March 4) showed dozens of migrants in the water in the Mediterranean Sea. German charity SOS Humanity accused a Libyan coastguard vessel of "interfering" during a rescue operation being carried out by crew members of their "Humanity 1" rescue vessel on Saturday (March 2) in the southern Mediterranean Sea. Reuters could not independently verify the account.
