In the wake of Ohio's adoption of the "constitutional carry" law on June 13, 2022, a recent study published by the Center for Justice Research, a partnership between the office of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Bowling Green State University, sheds light on the positive impact it had on gun violence in the state. The result is consistent with CPRC's findings.
