As a Christian woman, being sober has ALOT of benefits. We have many reasons to be sober. The first of which is because Jesus Christ died for us and rose again and commands us to live soberly (Titus 2:12). It is just our reasonable service now that we are saved and have eternal life (Romans 12:1-2). I pray that is lesson will challenge you to be sober in more areas in your life as it has done for me. We SHOULD NOT be doting about and frolicking around like a girl that just wants to have fun! We should be sober, virtuous women who take the word of God seriously.

Here are the main reasons we should be sober:

I. The Judgment Seat of Christ (II Corinthians 5:9-13, 14-15; Romans 14:10-12)

II. Hell/Lake of Fire/Eternal Judgment/ Second Death (Revelation 20:5-6. 11-15)

III. Our Enemies (The Devil I Peter 5:8 and the flesh I Peter 4:1-7)

IV. The Body of Christ NEEDS you to be sober (I Timothy 3: 2, 11; Titus 1:8; Romans 12:3)

V. Bible Prophecy (I Thessalonians 5:1-10 be sober in vss. 6, 8)
