I had such a great time learning how to make a somewhat authentic Hawiian Haupia Pie using NO dairy AT ALL! Difficult task for a dairy farmer... I mean I have goats and cows that I milk, lol! This pie wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be, but was very delicious, and there were NO leftovers ... people were fighting over the last 2 slices, lol!
