Imagine a world where all barbershops worked together. All on the same page, all with the same mindset of success, all with the same system. Skies the limit!! I have talented barber friends all over the world and I’ve referred my traveling clients to them many times. There’s nothing wrong with sharing clients but it’s a different scenario when it becomes stealing clients. It’s disrespectful to promote your shop in front or even inside of a different barbershop. There’s many different was to work together despite the competitiveness. Good work always gets recognized so those extreme tactics aren’t necessary.
