Short Practice For Lymphatic System

This is a short practice I created for a specific client to support the Lymphatic System.
I have added shoulder stand at the end with a modified version if this is
not yet available to you. You can practice from 30 seconds to 11 mins.
Go at your own pace.
The last exercise with the Yoga Block at your navel or your fists - do not do this exercise if you have had any stomach surgeries, hernia, on your moon or tummy issues.
Practice daily on an empty stomach as it helps to remove bile from the body and will also assist with creating digestive fire.
Please listen to your own body as to what feels comfortable - no one knows it better than you.
