Mayor describes talking to gang leaders in effort to curb crime

Mayor Paul Young of Memphis began his term with the goal of putting a stop to violence in a city where more than 600 major violent crimes have already occurred this year, the Memphis Police Department's aggregate crime data shows. CNN's Victor Blackwell talks to Mayor Young.
