– A teen has been charged with the homicide of a Pontiac man who was known to use social media to pose as an underage girl to catch sexual predators. Robert Wayne Lee II, 40, known online as “Boopac Shakur,” was shot and killed on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, inside a Pontiac restaurant.
