This African Scumbag displayed utter disregard for personal safety and did activities endangering the public These include
1. Walking near Tram tracks while trams were moving.
2. Jumping on top and walking across of public seats as if it's an obstacle course.
Due to our emasculated country, nobody wants to intervene since the male African could be drunk, on drugs or even armed with a weapon. Even if nobody is hurt on the day, the immigrant takes welfare and does not contribute to society.
