The Shiba Inu breed is not a regular breed. These dogs are extremely intelligent and stubborn little alphas. Do not be fooled by the cute fox love. It is wrong to assume that just because they are small, they are easy to handle. In fact, the smaller the dog, the harder is to take care of. The smaller the size, the more trouble they get into and the more mess they make.

These little pups have distinctive appearance that is a pure creation of nature. Down on the carpet, they lie in such a careless style and laziness that you feel compelled to join them. Though they look the same, their temperament is totally different. The blue-collared and the peach-collared ones are more of a high spirit than the red-collared one. The latter could not care less about what other two are doing to him, its sleepy eyes suggest that it only wants to rest its soul on the soft carpet. Even so small, they are perky and they amaze us with their exuberant nature. They have triangle-shaped eyes with deep-brown color so when you look right at it, it stares back at your soul. The mellow bark you hear at the end is a cry of dissatisfaction because they are very sensitive dogs and when they feel hurt, they will make a full scene out of it.
