I next transitioned into some midsection training. I did my 100x toes to bar in the usual 10x10 with today’s self-care consisting of 100x Hoist model 45 degree back extensions in a 5x20 scheme.

After my daily upkeep I decided to finish the week with some pressing. I had originally planned to either go up in load or do more sets of incline dumbbell but I decided against it for expediency and to err on the side of caution. Never the safest plan to go up in weight immediately following a conditioning PR.

Following dumbbells I move on to wide grip Louie’s with the fat bar in the bottom of the Hoist Smith Machine. I can safely add more volume to the outer, sternal pec with these as well as get in some push up and barbell “trigger time” concurrently.

That’s it. A quick 10 sets of light pressing to finish off the week. Tomorrow begins WEEK 100!!
