Interestingly I feel like I am at my top emotional and mental health writing this.
I've been working on my health and "pumping for wellbeing" for reasons like this - to be able to create.
To be able to be myself.
To allow things to come through me.
I thought cutting caffeine will take away my energy.
I thought cutting cannabees will take away my from my creativity.
