Rev. Marshall Smart was saved in 1948 under the preaching of his future father-in-law at the Nazarene Church in Miamisburg, OH. He pursued his calling by attending Bible College at God’s Bible School and Olivet Nazarene College. Marshall began his ministry by preaching on a street corner in West Union, OH. Rev. Smart was ordained in the Wesleyan Methodist Church in 1960 and Dr. Leslie Wilcox preached the ordination sermon. Marshall preached the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ for 65 years and thousands have come to Christ through his unique, anointed preaching.

I have never personally known or believe I have ever herd anyone that God gave such a talent at giving alter calls as Rev Smart. God certainly used Rev Smart in a mighty way!

Sea Breeze Camp has a heritage of God’s presence and a time of fellowship for God’s people. For over 75 years, hundreds of people have received help spiritually, physically, and in many other ways. Some use it as a time to get away from the cold weather of the North, while others, such as pastors and Christian workers, use it as a time of spiritual renewal.
