Tower of Bable

The Tower of Babel is a biblical story that appears in Genesis 11:1–9. The story is about a united human race who speak a single language and migrate east to the land of Shinar. They use bricks and tar to build a city with a tower that reaches the heavens. God becomes angry that the people are building the tower and confuses their language so they can't understand each other. The people are forced to stop building the tower.
