When YHWH Elohim is being referenced, does this mean God reaching earth?

For the Lamb will lead them to a well of waters;
YHWH Elohim will wipe off the tears from all faces.

This is the role of Israel to glorify God before the nations and they will do this with Messiah as their head. Pergamum is already in this place where the devil has his throne and Thyatira gets the morning light (replacing the devil who is called morning star.)
