We have all had moment where we had to deal with toxic criticism and unsolicited bad advice. This comes from people who have developed a comfort zone with us (a.k.a the ones close to us).

Even though it seems like they have our best interests in mind, majority of the times it's just plain bullshit that comes out of their mouths.

Especially forcing us to feel shame, guilt and other not so pleasent emotions. It's not even constructive criticism it's just plain toxicity.
And no matter what you do it just keeps getting worse, hence making you resent gatherings like this

So here in this video, I talk about how to handle situations like these and how to overcome them.
I also shed light on the reason why such people inflict toxicity upon you, even when there is no need for it at the given moment.
