One dead another wounded from gunshots after "teen takeover" in Chicago

Officers were in the area when shots were fired. They found two victims with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a bank when they arrived on the scene.

A 17-year-old boy was transported to Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest and neck and was pronounced dead. A 15-year-old boy was also transported to Stroger Hospital. He was shot in the leg and listed in fair condition
