A Nation In Decline: Portland, Oregon

Pondering the uncertain future of the US sometimes brings tears to my eyes, as the amount of positive shift needed to have a prosperous future for the next generations is immense.

Today, I looked at Portland, Oregon, one of the leading cities in this Nation in decline. I look at the current struggles of the city and the actions being taken now such as the potential implementation of re-criminalizing possession.

Some say this is positive, others say it is negative and even oppressive.
