US says Israel has not turned down ceasefire framework but is waiting on Hamas' response

The White House says there is a framework agreement on the table for a six-week ceasefire. Israel has not turned it down. Now the wait is on for Hamas to agree. Talks are ongoing here in Doha with parties hoping to have a deal in place by Ramadan, in around one week.
