Why Jesus came. Mark 8:1 21
In our study today, we see Jesus correcting a crowd that had come to Him seeking the wrong thing. They only wanted the temporal and physical, so Jesus explains that He primarily for the spiritual and eternal. They were looking for bread, but He is the bread of life. They were seeking something that could only satisfy them momentarily; He would provide what would satisfy them forever.
