Smoked Ranch Baby Back Ribs

We love 🍖🍖🍖Smoked Ranch Baby Back Ribs here on the BBQ Rando Ranch and tonight we are going LOW & SLOW! Peel off the membrane from the back of the ribs and cover with yellow mustard and your favorite spice rub. We heated our Traeger smoker to 190 degrees for the first 3 hours, then remove and wrap in foil bones side down, add in 3 square of butter and then a little apple juice. Put them back in the smoker and raise the heat to 250 degrees for another 2 hours. You will know they are done as the meats pulls back from the bones a good 1/2 inch...slice and eat. Meat falls right off!
