Navigating the Aftermath of My Blepharoplasty Recovery | Day 2

Day 2 of my blepharoplasty recovery is under way. My blepharoplasty surgery consisted of bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty on March 1st 2024 with fat grafting under the eyes and cheeks, in the temples and above the brows. I'll be documenting this day by day for the first week or two.

For reference, I'm 47 years old and spent 12 years as a hard-core alcoholic and smoker. I"'m documenting my journey in recovery and my self-care practices that have turned back the aging clock.
