Russian authorities shelter locals from liberated Avdeevka in refugee centers

The Russian Deputy Prime Minister has visited the recently liberated city of Avdeyevka. He says there will be opportunities to rebuild the city soon, as Russian ground forces advance further. RT correspondent Roman Kosarev brings us a report from the refugee centre which is sheltering the locals, evacuated from the city.
