Former British Prime Minister a German Spy?

In 1973 the UK was taken into EEC, whilst Ted Heath was Prime Minister. No one could understand why Heath gave up most of the UK's fishing rights in order to join the EEC which is now the EU. Rumours are that Ted Heath was compromised by German intelligence and then bribed as they had evidence he was a sex offender.
