"Breaking" News! TV Delivers Sinister Voices 😱👿

As my wife was watching the TV evening news earlier in the week, suddenly the room's light went out and the television started to display bizarre patterns.

During this event, eerie voices can also be heard coming through the transmission, along with sinister laughing sounds.

We have watched and listened to this recording many times trying to figure out what is being said. Some voices are clear, whilst others are muffled.
