ingredients:
- Peel the Beijing cabbage.
- Pour boiling water over 12-14 Peking cabbage leaves.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Chop 1 onion.
- Grate 1 carrot.
- Roasted golden brown.
- Add carrots to the onion. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Add olive oil.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Divide in 2 halves.
