Episode 86: Freedom of Speech - unless you say something the Government doesn’t like.

In last weeks episode, episode 85, I talked about many medical professionals in the United States lying and being disingenuous about treatment options for patients here in the United States, especially for Covid. However, the reality is, they wouldn't have the platform to do it on, if it wasn't for a complicit news media and more importantly, social media platforms. In fact, you had to go to my Rumble channel to watch that video because the truth was entirely too controversial for YouTube. In episode 4, I went into some specifics regarding the primary tool social media uses to silence opposing viewpoints that are contrary to the Progressive Democrat narrative and the mechanism that they employ to protect themselves from any litigation that may arise from people who have been silenced. This tool is Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. In this episode of Office of the Patriot, I'm going to touch on some of the components of Section 230, case law and social media platform policy that allow social media companies to promote only information they want known and silence Americans that question the narrative.
