Minor injuries reported in train vs. vehicle collision in north Tulsa

The collision happened near Pine and Harvard as roads became very wet during driving rain. EMSA was on the scene and transported one person in the vehicle to the hospital in non-emergent condition and another was treated at the scene and refused transport.
