Cherry Blossom Festival San Diego pre-visit

Get ready for a beautiful adventure with Roaming with Ryan! Today, we're exploring the enchanting Japanese Friendship Garden in San Diego's Balboa Park. Ryan will love the tranquil ponds filled with colorful koi fish, the winding paths, and the beautiful stone bridges.

We're visiting just before the Cherry Blossom Festival, so we'll get a sneak peek of the gorgeous pink blossoms starting to bloom! Ryan will learn about Japanese culture, see traditional structures, and maybe even try some delicious Japanese snacks.

Ryan is an adult with Autism. He has a hard time leaving the house to participate in community activities. I thought that a way to get him out and into the community would be to start a Youtube channel for him.
