I did this video to help those that misplaced their Italian residence permit abroad to understand what they need to do in that difficult moment, and i hope that by following these simple steps, each and everyone of you will be able to return back to Italy within the shortest time possible.

Misplacing your permit of stay is different from your document getting expired outside of Italy. So when you get back to Italy all you need to do is to make a request to the Immigration department for a duplicate of your permit of stay. You do not ask for a renewal of permit of stay as most people believe it to be.
