ESO Arcanist naked tank build guide

The Elder Scrolls Online, naked Arcanist tank build. Suitable for U41 if you want to use the new Torc of the Last Ayleid King mythic, although that kind of defeats the purpose. But the amulet would help with the sustain and damage mitigation.

This is a meme build I have been using. After a recent Sanity's Edge run I improved on the build and it should work even better now.
