Workers Forget Stoppers After Unhooking Trailer

Info from Licensor: Comcast is putting in fiber wire. And they contracted a company to put it in and the company was working in front of my house. When they unhooked their trailer without chalking it off, it came flying down the hill into my mailbox and their other trailers.
