What is a PARABLE? – A simple story to illustrate a spiritual lesson.
A king invites everyone, “Come to my son’s wedding feast!”
Some toss the invitation on a stack of unopened mail; some go shopping; some watch sports; some play video games; some conduct business.
And some of us think, “This is great news; clear the calendar; we’re going!”
As with most parables, something always goes wrong…., I invite you to listen to a true story about a priest who was nearly thrown out of the wedding…, until some unexpected help arrived.
